- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently had Debra Derrick file my Federal Tax Return for 2009. Her office incorrectly filed my taxes resulting in the IRS sending me an overdue notice for unpaid fines. I brought this mistake to her attention and requested she refund the filing fee she charged me. She declined to refund me the money I paid her to CORRECTLY file my taxes, stating that they do not provide refunds. I could understand not providing a customer a refund if she filed the taxes correctly, but considering she not only did her job INCORRECTLY, but also has managed to accrue late charges to my account, the least she could do is refund her filing fee. Ms. Derrick should be held accountable for her mistakes, and show some integrity for her business. I feel as though she should reimburse me the fees she charged. DO NOT USE THIS CPA!!!!!
